The brand intent was to make safety easier to manage, use data to inform improvements and empower leaders to create safer working environments. Taits recognised that they needed to communicate a more professional and premium offer in order to attract a higher calibre of clients and better reflect their proprietary product IP in the form of SafetyComply and The Golden Thread
The opportunity lay in repositioning Taits through a cohesive digital experience, one that could package their IP, service models and success stories in a way that would drive growth, attract higher-value clients and ultimately help protect lives in high-risk environments.

Consistent with the B2B and professional service sectors, a visual language that could elevate the brand over and above a basic logo and font articulation was essential in creating a premium offer that was both effective and competitive.
A rich colour palette and textured graphics provided a premium backdrop with which to communicate the brand’s purpose and service offering.
Both navigational hierarchy and on-page content display would play important roles in the development of the site UX. Disseminating the features and benefits of each service in a tabbed structure which optimised the browsing experience at both the discovery and intent stages, maximising opportunity for both resonance and business growth.
