New client Westhealth Psychology engaged Slick Design to design and develop a website with a soft, human and approachable user experience.

Using the metaphor of a growing orange tree for ‘growing healthy minds for life’, the new website uses simple sketch style illustrations and animations to guide the user on their journey and portrays a message that they are not alone.

Simple sketch style illustrations with a gentle colour palette are used to reassure new visitors and add a human touch to the website.

Information and resources are easy to find, separated in to age groups together with access to team member profiles. Following through on the personal look and feel of the new website, it was important for the user to feel safe and encouraged to read about the services and call through instead of book online.
