Like many Australian businesses, SLICK will be shutting down for approximately 2 weeks at the end of the year. Our final day this year will be Friday the 20th of December, and we will be reopening on Monday the 6th of January, 2025.

During this time, most of our staff will be out of the office, and all currently active projects will be paused until our return. For those of you with active subscriptions, we will be pausing all subscription-based payments for 2 weeks, and they will be resumed upon our re-opening in January. This pause will be automatic, and does not require any action to confirm.

However, some of our subscribers have already requested to continue payments during the holiday seasons, to cover their websites for any issues or outages that may require technical support. We will have a website support specialist on-call throughout the shutdown period for this purpose, so if you would like this extra piece of mind while you enjoy your well-deserved break, please let us know before Thursday the 12th of December and we will add you to the list.
